8. Refund Policy
Because course materials are accessible immediately upon payment, refunds are not automatically granted.
However, in exceptional circumstances (such as duplicate payments or technical errors preventing access), refund requests may be considered within 7 calendar days of purchase.

Upon successful completion of all modules and assessments, you will receive a digital certificate of completion issued by Trust Excellence Academy.
Certificates confirm successful participation but do not represent official accreditation by SAIS or other authorities unless explicitly stated.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, videos, icons, course modules, quizzes, and certificates — is the intellectual property of Trust Excellence Academy or its licensors.
